Vent holes in baffles.

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

Vent holes in baffles.

Post by Hushnow »

Just built my own .22lr suppressor - using simple screw together semi conical baffles.

I notice some guys putting vent holes in baffles.

Pros and cons ?

Need details, pictures help, specify in what suppressors your are talking about seeing these "vent holes".

Are you talking about Dater holes or mouse holes?

K-baffles or conical baffles or some other baffle?

Conical in yours but in what baffle types have you seen holes?
