Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

Has the efile website been shutdown ? Its not y computer I can get on everything else.

It appears to have been impacted by the shutdown.

That figures, as soon as I start getting my ducks in a row to e-file, it all goes to crap! I still have a little more to save up for the 2 stamps I am wanting to file paperwork on, so hopefully they will get this sorted out soon.
The myopic majority will be our republic's undoing.
