Let's say I made a mistake drilling, cutting or filing and I'd like to fill that hole/gash/mark in. Can I weld it up?
This is all after it has been assembled and fired.

Technically, no. You'd be adding material, same as replacing a spacer, etc.

Once the silencer is complete. Certain changes cannot be made. There is much debate on what constitutes "complete"
