Form 1???

I've got a tax stamp in my safe ( Have had it since 2015) for a home built can in .30, but I decided to build a 9mm first. So I downloaded a Form 1 off the internet and it asks for a 2x2 pic of me??? is this new since my last tax stamp I got in 2015??? Do they really require a 2x2 pic of the builder?
I sure don't recall having to get a pic taken before????

Does the ridiculous 2X2 pic have to be taken by a pro like a passport photo or can it be taken at home and printed on white paper?

As long as photo is within a 2x2 it can be taken with your cell phone. I did and it worked fine. Are they taking form1 again?

Maybe i misunderstood but didnt OP say he had the stamp already? If so he doesn't need to refile at all. Just build it. As far as the ATF if concerned you already have it built 5 years ago.
