First Post - eForm 1 Submission Broken

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

First Post - eForm 1 Submission Broken

Post by MatrixArmor »

Hello all,

I am new to this forum and had a quick question. Is anyone having problems submitting an eForm 1? I have a draft that I have been trying to submit for over a week. I have tried 10 or so times. I have submitted eforms successfully in the past, but this time something is wrong.

- All my information is correct
- All attachments are included (5320.23, 2x2 image, signed trust pdf, image of suppressor design)
- Validation completes successfully at the Certify step
- Payment made (I have a receipt and it shows as paid on the eform)

When I click the "Sign & Submit" button, I am prompted for my pwd. I add the pwd and click on Submit. I get dumped into the start page and am prompted for a login as if starting over. The form is never submitted, but is sitting there in Drafts.

I submitted an "Ask The Experts" inquiry a week ago, but have heard nothing.

Any ideas?

Thank you,
SSH
