Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.
I was trying a pistol(cz 75) that had a silencer and did a very big grop all over the target at 10 yards. it did not strike a baffle ,the holes are round.the silencer uses k type baffles. what could be the problem?
What kind of ammo? Wipe can or not? Did the pistol cycle with th ecan or manual cycling?
