13.5mm is the major diameter of the thread and 1mm is the pitch, it has nothing to do with wall thickness or internal diameter.

As I said it's not a standard thread. It's one the BT silencers invented.
The only reason that E-taps has them is that someones has special ordered them and Stephan has done extras.
