Champinon Baffle stack.

Here are the baffles from my Form 1 .338 can. Shot it alongside a Shark Jaws and there is no difference.

It is not effect the sound suppression much, I hope. If only the annular groove is off center, not the center hole.
The groove might be made for the purpose of trying to reduce some weight, I guess.

X-baffle.

Another failing.

Here are the cones i used my my 308 can which has 10 of them spaced at .750" appart , my next form-1 will use same cones but spaced at .625" so i can squeez 10 in a smaller tube with a slightly smaller blast chamber

OD is 1.498"
the flange is .025" (to sit on top of a .025"wall spacer)
cone angle is 50 deg , cone wall thickness is .050"
and length is .715"
made from 316L

AAC PILOT: We took this one apart for a customer and made a new endcap for it. Now he can clean the thing.

AAC Aviator: This is our shop demo that we have had for a few years. This will have both front a rear endcap replacements. I am ordering a broach for a hex front endcap.
