My new 9mm K baffle desighn

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

Congratulations on the birth of your new suppressor.I bet it is quiet and I'm sure that bending is no issue at .120 wall or for that matter .060 wall.Burn patterns look good I don't know if the swirl makes a difference but it surely don't hurt. Pictures look great the can is sweet on the ar/m-16 platform. Pat

Hi,

The final set up looks pretty nice.

I’m happy I was wrong on the risk of bending. Congratulations !

Best,

Paul

All 6 are 17-4 heat treated stainless becouse the weight on the end of a rifle won't effect you the same way as a pistol and it helps keep you on target and rifles get alot more abuse than pistols

I'm planning on a Form1 for a semi auto uzi 9mm, will be a pin&weld on the barrel as WA is a no SBR or Full Auto State

- planned on 1 steel stepped flat blast baffle rest aluminum K's - OR - stepped steels all the way (10.5" barrel + suppressor = about 18" or under)
