Looking for Mb556K's and FH556-212A's...
I have 2 Surefires that use the above mounts for attachment... I see they have designed a new mount for the SOCOM. Anyone know where I can stock up on the legacy mounts? Will Surefire still produce these?
Re: Looking for Mb556K's and FH556-212A's...
I'm in the same boat and will be very annoyed if they decide not to make anymore mounts for the legacy (only 2011) suppressors.

Re: Looking for Mb556K's and FH556-212A's...
I'm assuming they will still make some of the legacy mounts... I will be pissed however if they do not as I have 2... yes, 2.... that are Form 4 in process. My thoughts are that there are just too many out there. If you get a bead on a few drop me a PM and I will be sure and do the same...
On that note... My local shop has some of the MB556K-PN (Pinnable with the shoulder and the hole pre-drilled) if you are interested. Could pick one up for you...

Can I call Surefire directly for the legacy mounts? I have a can that I should be getting a form 4 on here soon and want to be ready....
Re: Looking for Mb556K's and FH556-212A's...
You can order them from surefire directly but don't count on getting them anytime soon. I ordered several different adapters from them around nov 1 and I still don't have them, although I have enough 212 and mb556 to keep me running for a long time.
The mb556 pinnable is a great brake. I just had one pinned to a KAC 14.5 upper. I actually prefer it to the standard mb556. I have ordered some additional ones to use on future builds even though I have no intention of pinning the brake to the barrel. You don't have to.

Bump
Garrin-
I have one FA556AR. I've been on Midway's back order list for a month of so, for the CAM4FA556 and the equivalent muzzle brake MB556AR. The Compensator mount went from out of stock to discontinued by manufacturer on their site today.
Please tell me that I did not buy a suppressor for which I can no longer buy mounts?

Call VA Arms in Manassas VA. Probably wait until Monday and ask for Robb and tell him what you are looking for. They have a muzzle brake that is a match for the can. Price is 149. Don't know if they ship though.

I have 2 of the 5.56 MB's but no timing washers.
if someone needs them I am in Columbus Ohio and would sell / trade to be sure someone can use their can.
I am going to get some socom cans and would do a swap with the newer mounts to make it easy if preferred.

I work for an SOT in Kansas City MO
Ive personally got some ca556ar203 for my FA556AR I would be willing to part with if a guy needed one, I may have two extra.
Here at the shop I've got three MB556k's new in the package, and one FH556-212A.
Let me know if you guys need anything.
