I'm considering getting a .300blk bolt rifle from these guys. Anyone have any experience dealing with them or their products? They are pretty quick to answer emails and return phone calls but It's a big investment to make sight unseen (unheard). They have a YouTube channel with a few videos but not much in the way of reviews on the boards that I can find.
I don't know if I can post a link here or not, but a google search brings them right up.
Thanks,
Mike
Anyone have experience with SWS (Suppressed Weapon Systems) in Texas?

Have you asked if they have a demo you can see (and hear)?Mugsy9010 wrote:I'm considering getting a .300blk bolt rifle from these guys. Anyone have any experience dealing with them or their products? They are in Texas, I'm in Kentucky. The logistics are not the best.
Re: Anyone have experience with SWS (Suppressed Weapon Systems) in Texas?
I have three of their guns and a 4th on the way. They shoot lights out. They guarantee sub MOA on most calibers. I have a 300BLK AR from them and I can ring 6" steelplate at 200 yards all day with just a holosun Red dot.
Re: Anyone have experience with SWS (Suppressed Weapon Systems) in Texas?
I never looked them up the first time.
I like it when a Texas company is doing good stuff.
I have mixed feelings when it's less than an hour away and I might start throwing my money at it.
Thanks for the brief review.

Re: Anyone have experience with SWS (Suppressed Weapon Systems) in Texas?
All it took was one cross threaded can for me to start looking around for something different. These guys are it. Plus, I'm trying to get into more long range stuff. I have a 6.5cm bench rifle being built now. I tested their demo model, that was a mistake. Ordered one right away. Waiting on the stamp now.
Re: Anyone have experience with SWS (Suppressed Weapon Systems) in Texas?
I am new to the silencer world, just order my 1st pistol can this week. I sure as hell wish I’d heard of SWS before now. I live in Houston, they are based in Stafford, less than 20 mins from my house.
I have already bought an complete lower receiver, matching upper receiver, bought a specialized bolt, found a custom barrel maker I like, sent off my SBR paperwork, and researched cans for a year. I was planning to buy a my 1st rifle can this Christmas. All in attempt to build a pointless accurate and quiet 300 blk AR. This company is already there. I MIGHT beat them by 2-5 dbs, depending on the can I choose.
I am in for over a $1k in cost already. That is a hell of a lot of work I have done, for at a best marginal sound advantage.
I will be giving them a call in the coming week.
Anybody here have some extra feed back on them? I would like to hear more, before I call.
At this point I feel committed to my project build.
