Bullet drop/sights

Let me apologise for my stupidity, but I can't seem to logic this out.

I have silenced my Yugo AK. I should be able to shoot my AK with supersonic ammo and subsonic ammo.

The AK has adjustable sights.

I should be able to adjust the AK sight/use the sights to shoot subsonic ammo.

What setting should I use on iron sights for 100 yards?

you will be lucky if both military ammo and subsonic shoot to the same point of aim....

For 100 meters zero - sight No. 4 (400 meters). I'm talking about PPU subsonic ammo. But dispersion of hits would be larger.
