Handi Rifle?

Yes, I could see people wanting that, especially for the price.

No, for a non-auto one would only consider a bolt rifle.

I would get one if the twist is right. If they made a 357 max with a 1:12 I would get one of those in a heartbeat too.

What is the right twist? If they come out they would be 1/8.

If prudent, I will buy a preproduction barrel without sights or threading and have all appropriate mods done by my local smith. I will conduct accuracy testing with super and subsonic rounds. I will kick ass.

please let me know if this is a possibility.

I think you meant to say that tube magazines are terrible. I want a detachable magazine lever. Which means Ruger. Ruger is the only company that won't fudd the hell out of a lever... but that will actually make a lever.

I'd get one in .357 mag, .44 mag, .45 ACP, 300 BLK, whatever.

Samples are being made. Then Rem has to test them. If they pass the tests, we will go to distributors and take orders, then do production based on the orders.

If you want to send me a prototype, I'd be more than happy to help with the testing.

Thanks for your work on this AAC.
Might I recomend that some barrels be produced if production and orders might be iffy. You could produce plain with intergral scope base, iron sighted, fluted, threaded, or combinations all based on the same barrel profile. This might be more econimical than complete rifles.

Just my 2 cents and I realise I have no money in this but would buy one in a heartbeat!

Handi rifle iron sights? This would be about right for 300 blk subsonics trajectory.

Gunsmith thought I was loonie 25 years ago when I had him install mauser flip up sights on a cut down H&R 12 ga. Lobing slugs was the closest I could get to a greneade launcher. The fun only lasts a few rounds. Kicks like a mule.

The 300 AAC BLACKOUT trajectory is almost identical to an AK - and they have iron sights.

That's pretty cool. Why don't you have it ported. You could take the bite out of the recoil.

You need this ugly-ass POS to hang from the front of your barrel like the Mossberg RoadBlocker :
