Post by stmcelroy »

Finally got my Noveske 300 AAC Blackout Rogue Hunter upper, now I've got to reload some ammo to shoot it.

S&W Lower
CMMG 2-Stage Trigger
Magpul Foliage Green MIAD
Magpul Foliage Green CTR
LaRue Fug
LaRue Mount
Nikon Gold 1.5-6 30mm Scope (Might put my SWFA SS 3-9x42 on it.)

Nice looking setup. I'm trying to decide between the 9" AAC upper and the 8" Noveske upper. How do you attach rails on the bottom of the Rogue Hunter hand guard?

The Rogue Hunter handguard is a Troy Extreme Battle Rail. There's two 2" modular rails that attach with a piece in the inside of the tube to the rail on the oustide of the tube. There's also a 4" modular rail that is with the kit. You can purchase more through Troy or Viking Tactical (Makers of the rails). Noveske offers theirs with their logo/name.
