S&W M&P 40 threaded?

I have a full size M&P 40(4.25") barrel.
If I buy a 5" factory 40 barrel can I get that cut and
threaded 9/16x24? To run my incoming octane 45 on.
Who can do this? I sent an e mail to ADCO and the reply I got was
That the factory barrel was to thin to extend and thread.
I have sent another email to them to try to clarify that I want a 5" barrel cut and threaded
To fit a full size not the pro 5" but no response yet.
Any where else I should try?

I looked around quite a bit for my M&P40, and the only options I found were either a Storm Lake, or KKM Precision. I decided to go with Storm Lake because I wanted to have a black finish on it. The downside is the wait time, I was quoted 60+ days, and it's coming up on that now. I'll post pics and a review when it shows up.
