Shipping handgun out of State.
Is there any legal way to ship a handgun from an individual to a gunsmith(SOT II) who is in a different State? There must be hundreds of handguns sold on Gunbroker which are shipped from individuals to Dealers.

UPS or Federal Express
You can ship a handgun via UPS or Federal Express to a FFL out of state.
If you can get a local FFL to ship it for you, they can send it U.S.P.S. via form 1508
If you can get a local FFL to ship it for you, they can send it U.S.P.S. via form 1508
