Hey guys, can we get a picture thread going for the suppressed 1911's out there? Mine is in process so I need someone else to start.
Thanks, Wally

I plan to replace this with a better picture when my friend finally decides to remember to bring his camera over. Hopefully that will be Friday.

The arredondo holster has a removable and adjustable platform for the muzzle of the gun:
Just remove the platform and you can draw suppressed!

honestly, no idea.
I'd like to try a spectrum of cans if I can, people who shoot @ FDCC have quite the collection of pistol caliber stuff, which is surprising.
The barrel bushing is spaced and the barrel is threaded for the popular AAC .45 offerings...
I've shot it at Neil's shop with their rental can on, as expected, lots of fun.

Do you find that setup to be reliable? I thought about putting a KAC on my TRP but I wasn't sure if KAC's tuned spring rate would run well on the 1911.

So far, this combo has been very reliable after about 2500 rounds (230gr). Honestly, my MK23 has had more issues with the can on it than the 1911.
- Had to push the slide into battery 2-3 times, that's it.

Also, where did you get a 1911 barrel in HK threads? I have never seen one for sale.
