Yes he had help, but ultimately the guys that "did" it were caught and sent to jail.

If he talked to a fellow thiking man it doesn't mean they helped with the bomb.

Mcveigh was set in motion b/c of RR, WACO and gun bans at the time.....not some german national/ 88.

Be careful not to use the term 'conspiracy' as a derogatory way of disproving that someone plotted to do harm.

To think about doing something - such as blowing up a building - one would be conspiring to do so. There in fact WAS a conspiracy, the investigation is to now figure out why the FBI didn't take the matter to task as to uncover whomever else may have been involved.

Actually, you must do more than think about something to be conspiring. Two or more people must plan or talk about it, not just think about it independently.

Exactly, and Timothy McVeigh is not believed to have acted alone, and as such, the FBI did not find the other 'conspirators'.

And as such, there in fact WAS a conspiracy; this is my point about the use of the term.

I'm interested to see what happens with this, as many want the investigation opened as to why WTC7 fell - this could set precedence.

Any attack is a "conspiracy".

But with OKbombing, it's over...........they won't arrest anyone else.

The FBI is a bunch of morons.

Remember the explosives they found in Nichols' basement AFTER Mcveigh was already killed.

Anyone can "conspire" to commit a crime, but most of the time an arrest cant be made for that alone, but in some cases it can. Some people view a conspiracy as something much more organized in nature, and done by a powerful group, for example how some people view the kennedy assassination was organized by the government. Looking at a conspiracy in this organized way I don't view the oklahoma city bombing as one. It was just a couple of dumb-fucks acting out the turner diaries.

Yeah, started the thread by asking a question... I'm not sure where I fit into the whole conspiracy thing, but I'm pretty sure that this guy didn't act alone in bombing the OKC building, and fairly convinced that WTC7 was brought down by controlled demolition.
