Glad it all worked out in your favor... :)
Maybe they will think twice once they get out of jail, but then again they don't seem to be too bright.

I've known Mr. Tucker for 30 years. If he's pullin' the trigger, someone deserves it. Too bad he wasn't holding his AR. Wish I was there to help bring the no-good thieving bastards down with him. Feed 'Em to the alligators. That's what I say. Just hope they're not stupid enough to come back for more. I love ya brother, be safe, be smart, and be prepared.

I'd load up 00 buck and keep it handy. This dude is a thief, and he came back to the house of a man that he knew would shoot first and ask questions later. So he's sure stupid enough to kill.

He's soooooooooooo going to come back. And I'd tell the cops about the incident at your work. More witness harassment.

Not since Renegade's buddy's SBR/they though he was a bank robber/sting have I read such good stuff.

Where to start? GOod job! Good job on the wifey! Good job on the tac light. I love my Surefires!

You should have blown out they're tires. I know I would have. Of course hindsight is 20/20 and them returning is CREEPY/SCARY. That was for revenge........not stealing IMHO. Would have been a pucker moment. I likely would have grabbed the PTR and grabbed their ass at gun point until the Man showed up. But again, 20/20 and all that.

Seriously. You the man!
Okay I missed Renegade's friend's thread. Link ?

It only exists as a cached copy at Google now.

Okay, I remember it now. Pretty ironic, actually, since I was one of the few posters in that thread.

Looks like our sweet, little innocent boy Kenneth Rusak at 17449 133 rd Wy N, Jupiter, FL 33478 has been falsely accused YET AGAIN by some dastardly mean person who has the audacity to want to keep and enjoy their possessions in their own home.

Why can't folks understand that Kenny needs those items more
than they do? If they were more charitable, they would just pile 'em up at the curb so him and his good friends could load them up.

Don't worry about my friend, the way this idiot rolls someone is going to blast a bloody hole thru his chest big enough to park a truck sideways in.

Stupid is as stupid does, and this dumbass doesn't seem to learn from his mistakes.

Getting shot at by you didn't seem to slow him down one bit, but things seem to come full circle for folks who play loose with their lives like that.

When he's laying on his back some night in a strangers backyard, choking on a throatfull of blood and calling out for his momma to hold him as everything starts to go black... he'll finally understand.

Well, it looks like little Kenny will remain incarcerated until at least Nov 16 - date his arraignment is scheduled. With the VOP charge and a history, I suspect he will be spending some time in the pokey, on our tax dollars to boot...

It's the same piece of s--t that hit my house. Less than three weeks after mommy bailed him out, he is arrested again. The domestic means it had to be a family member.

Another story from another local news station.

http://www.wptv.com/dpp/news/region_n_p ... -for-clues

The news always forgets to talk about the criminal past of these guys - it's always "Kenny was such a good friend, I can't believe this could happen to him". Granted, this is one less dirt bag on the streets, there is still someone running loose that did commit murder and does need to face his crimes as well.

According to PBSO booking for the last year (only goes back 365 days)

ARREST: 03/22/2012 (released on bond next day)

Resist Officer - flee elude leo w/ lights siren active

Resist Office - Obstruct w/o violence

Moving Traffic - Reckless driving

ARREST: 05/01/2012 (released on bond next day)

Vehicle Theft - Grand Theft of Motor Vehicle

ARREST: 05/29/2012 (released 06/18/2012)

Pass Forged - Altered Instrument

Larceny - Grand Theft less than 5k

ARREST: 06/28/2012 (released 07/21/2012)

Booked - Re-commit (not sure what his means, any LEO care to share?)

SHOT & LEFT FOR DEAD: 07/28/2012

Within a week of getting out of jail for the last time, this white trash idiot is found shot (rumored 4 times to the back of the head) in a known drug neighborhood.

When you're out on bail, you're technically released into the custody of the bail agent (the "surety"). Basically they can arrest you and send you back to jail at any time. As one bail bondsman site describes it: "Any accused charged with a criminal offense who is released on a bail bond with sureties may be arrested by the surety, delivered to the US Marshall, and brought before any judge or officer empowered to commit for such offense. At the request of the surety, such judicial officers may re-commit the accused to the custody of the Marshall."

Kind of curious now - since it seems he was out on bond, because he got himself perished, does the bondsman get his $ back from the court?

The bail bondsman doesn't actually pay the court anything unless the criminal skips out. That's what a "surety bond" means... there is an amount of money "available" to be claimed if something goes wrong. One of my companies is a used commercial truck dealership, and we have to post a surety bond every year to have a retail dealer license. We pay a surety company $750 and they issue a bond which says they'll pay $50K to the state if anything goes wrong, and our contract with them also gives them the right to come after us for that money. In the case of a bail bondsman, they normally take collateral from a guarantor (title to a car or boat, for example) as their way of guaranteeing they'll be repaid in the event something goes sideways.

I guess the real question is whether they can claim that collateral -- kind of like mortgages in the old days (before the 50s, if I remember right), when the bank could arbitrarily foreclose at any time without cause. Pay now or lose everything.
