Screw a bar only, I'd choose to own family place and earn 3x the income. I'd call the place "Paradise". One section for guys to hand out with other guys and watch sports and drink and eat and all around socialize. Another section for the wives to basically do the same as what the guys are doing in their section. And finally a section for the kids so they can leave their parents alone for once. Or at least for a few hours. :lol:

Don't know if I'd go to a place where guys "hand out" with other guys.
