I started having bacon with my Sunday breakfast again now that I have the cholesterol way down but only once or twice a month.
I love the smell of bacon frying in the mornings.

Wife says we're having BLTs for dinner. Not because we have to, but because we can. Thick cut, applewood smoked bacon. Believe it or not, Oscar Meyer brand has some quality bacon choices. Thick cut, maple and now the thick cut, applewood smoked. Gotta grab some good bread for this too. I'm thinking Texas toast, lightly buttered and grilled. Lots of mayo.
