The Supreme Court determines Westboro Church protesting funerals of fallen soldiers is a right protected by free speech.

CLEARLY it was 1st amendment protected free speech. Amazed it went that far... Now, I hate WBC, and I hope they all get what they deserve - they're horrible wastes of a human life, each and every one of them. I hope they all are met by horrific force one day, pushing the wrong person the wrong way.


And I can say that. First Amendment does indeed cut both ways.

Look on the bright side - first time a WBC member dies and word gets out, there will be one HELL of a crowd at their funeral.

The way I read it gay protests outside Westboro church during mass are protected by the supreme court.

I think it's time the military flexed it's gay power.
