I have a Spectre 1. I galled my mounting threads and they seem loose-don't ask...I just got home and I'm not ready to talk about it yet

I have a few questions I'd appreciate help with.
*Can I purchase a Spectre 1 shooter side end cap to replace it?
*I signed up for the upgrade. How long is it roughly taking from registering to being asked to send the suppressor in?
*My tube lost some finish down one side pretty shortly after purchase a few years back...is this a known issue and can it be refinished when/if I send it in for upgrade?

I don't work for SWR but I can add some info.
You can purchase a replacement cap. They used to list them on the website, I believe you have to call now.
I can't say how long the upgrade wait is but once they notify you to send it in it will only take a week or so for the upgrade. It was worth it to me.

The wait for the upgrade is right around 2 months. If you contact me on Monday when I am in the office I will see what I can do to get you taken care of.
