FYI Threaded adapters

Post by cmichael »

FYI, I have few threaded adapter from Silencerco for my SS Sparrow and Spectre II, But 1 of the threaded adapters color comes off also rust. I contact Silencerco, they send me a new adapter, 2 day later in my door from UPS. I thought they are stainless.

Lesson learn never left the adapters soak with dip over night.

Silncerco, you guys rocks, That's why I have 3 can.

I was under the impression that Silco's rimfire adapters are all stainless.

Stainless steel still rusts, just has a higher resistance to it over carbon steel.
