Barrel threading for a silencerco sparrow

Post by Andy95 »

I recently purchased a silencerco sparrow as well as a CZ 452 American left hand with a 22.5 inch barrel which I am going to get shortened and threaded. My question is - which documents from silencerco do I need to provide my gunsmith with to properly thread my barrel to sparrow specifications so that I do not have to use an adapter or spacer to thread my suppressor onto the rifle? I also have a ruger 10/22 carbine that has an 18 inch threaded barrel which I know will need a spacer. I am fairly uneducated when it comes to gunsmithing and suppressors so I am trying to learn as much as I can so I get it right the first time. Any information or help is much appreciated.

Picked up my rifle today. Threads looked good initially. Went to the shop where my suppressor was located and tried threading it on. It was VERY loose threading on but once it shouldered to the rifle it had o ring engagement. Barrel was cut and threaded at 18 inches. Thoughts? Also sorry for the caps lock I was at work and we keep the caps lock on also how do I add a picture?
