Post by twolaneblacktop »

With the dry numbers from other manufactures new .45 cans I was wondering if the people at SWR have a new design in the works?

We have adopted the policy that we will not tell anyone about new products until the items are sitting on the shelf, in stock and ready to transfer.

This FTW. So not ready nor looking forward to all the trolls and non-searching, non reading noobs to start creating threads and repeatedly asking the same questions.
"Your" does not equal "You're", the contraction for "You are".

No problem and thanks for the reply, I was not aware of that policy.

A good policy, the only sure way to keep your new product's baffles from collapsing before they exist.

Ok. Now, I can "patiently" wait for the A2RA to arrive without feeling like I'm begging a company to take my money. You make no BS promises on A2RA anticipated arrival, nor do you push manufacture and delivery dates due to all the normal delays inherent in the booming suppressor industry.

I appreciate, and respect, your position to only market products that are available to consumers. Thanks for avoiding the trap of providing lead times that merely highlight the need for improved production operations management and refined forecasting and communication techniques.

I don't think anyone's expectations would be dashed by letting us know what you're working on?

50% of the suppressors I own are SWR. I'm in the market for a 45 can and if I thought you were working on a newer design I'd be all ears. Actually, if you told me that you were working on a 45 can that be dismantled for cleaning out cast lead bullet residue, I'd wait as long as it took you to get it ready.
