You must have the same experience with them as I do Its funny, I'm not sure if people actually listen to what I'm saying every time I say "They have THE best CS in the biz"
They are untouchable, period. They are so good at it when your done you actually feel guilty for the customer service you received. Maybe because we aren't used to companies going above and beyond.....but Silencerco has set the bar high! Which sucks if your one ofnthe other silencer companies!

I thought I'd follow up on this thread...
I sent my Heavily used Warlock to SWR to have it upgrated to a Warlock II.
I got a call from Mike P telling me that the messed up the tube when taking the baffles out.
He offered to send me whatever I wanted and they would pay the tax too.
I took a day or two and thought about it.
I then called back and spoke to Mike P and asked for a Osprey 45.
He said "no problem, we want you to be happy".
They shipped my Warlock tube back to me minus the baffles and end caps.
The Osprey 45 is now at my Dealer and i'm waiting to get prints, photos, etc...
I have since bought a Warlock II and will be looking for a Sparrow or a Spec-War, perhaps an Octane 9 or 45... anyway, I'll be buying SWR/SilencerCo stuff from now on.
