Have any of you guys with an M60 heard of using a short stroke piston to increase the rate of fire? I saws this video and asked the guy why the rate of fire was increased and he said he had a short stroke piston.

I'm having a hard enough time feeding mine now with the cost of ammo.

Never changed the pistons, so they would be stock units.
I do have a RIA and a Maramont, never thought of changing their rate of fire.

Have a Maremont. Standard barrels and a Rock Island Armory shorty bbl. Standard pistons. Not interested in increasing the rate of fire.

IMI, LC or handloads. The time a progressive loader REALLY works for you :D

Most is late 70's early 80's Lake City Ball & Tracer.
Picked up 5000 rounds of Magtech from S&G Ammo just before the pricing went nuts.
I've heard good results from others, but I will have to see how that runs.

When you shoot some of the Prvi Partizan let me know how it does.
