Gunsellerz on facebook was an interesting few minutes of my life I will never get back. Everyone arguing about the legalities of shoulder stocks on AR pistols and how not having the "license" gets you fined.


I guess they don't teach about NFA weapons on Call of duty? They should, because these poor kids are extremely misinformed.

I get all my friends sending me stuff on there. Plus the gun sale groups. You never know what you will see people selling.

The gun sales groups are "amazing".

People arguing about how it is completely acceptable and legal to buy Glocks at the military discount and resell them. Arguing that that stupid AR pistol arm brace makes it an SBR. One clown had a 2-3 page dictation about how you can a SBR with a rifle shoulder - stock on it you just cant physically put it to your shoulder or your in violation. YES! He literally argued that if you hip fire it or fire it without it touching your shoulder you are completely fine with a 11" barrel on an AR15.

Another genius argued that you can have an ABR so long as the shoulder stock is not permanently attached, so essentially if you have a collapsible stock you are fine. I like to copy and paste or take screenshots directly from the NFA's website and watch them back peddle or completely erase there posts and disappear.

I wish the moderators of those type of groups would do a better job at weeding out those morons but I guess they are likely among them. Those idiots make people who go about it the right way like bad.


I wish I was that stupid!!! Because I would have saved a couple grand on tax stamps.

Prohibition was a constitutional amendment. Even then, it wasn't illegal to consume alcohol -- just produce, transport, or sell it. A direct comparison to prohibition would be saying that we should pass a new amendment that repeals the 2nd amendment.

I've seen stuff like the ones in the pictures on facebook for years.

Makes one wonder why ATF is not going after them instead of the law abiding citizens who try to do the right legal thing and still take close to a year before they get their stamp.
