form 1 question

Is there a video on how to fill out a efile for form1 suppressor? I can find info on SBR but not suppressor. What do you put in the line item since I will be the manufacture.I cant find anything on this.

On a paper form, you put your own info. On the old eforms you put FMI registration. Idk about the new eforms.
