It would be cooler if he could come up with a compliant PDW and you guys would produce those. I'd be interested in one of these too.

I would also accept this if the belt fed is a no-go.

I can say with 100% certainty that I will prepay for a 63A LMG right hand feed variant in a semi-auto.

I would sell everything that I own for a LMG if NY permitted MG's.

That's what I love bout the Stoners...buy 1 receiver..you get like 18 guns.

I got some ideas how a semi could work, but low on Stoners, don't ya know :x Very nice to know that KAC still has the tooling. Had always wondered 'bout that. Unfortunately, I doubt the economics are there to get KAC to even bat an eye without significant up-front cash.. like the machinery is just sitting all hooked up twiddling its thumbs..

I admire your dedication. I would literally have to sell everything I own to even get a down payment. Fortunately (or unfortunately, however you look at it), I was given a twinge of common sense. But I would "settle" for semi if one came available.

So you'll finance the whole project?

I dont think that I implied that I would go that far, but Im would definitely prepay for one.

There is an interesting article in the October SAR about the Stoner 93 that Stoner fans should check out.

How much are we talking to run it all. As long as I got a percentage of profits and my initial investment minus the cost of 1 stoner I would do it.

Above pictures are just a few. Collection incl Rifle and MG barrels in all configurations more than 14 in total. Trigger groups - BC etc etc.
lots of barrels - spares - ammo incl links - documentation and can get hold of production dwg. Original Cadillac etc.
these incl the PODS - wire schematics etc. that almost no info is available of.

Will make HD pictures of all parts - rifles - MG spares etc.
Might even make a small Photo book.

Gunny

also a fantastic display with preproduction parts mounted as in a exploded view. most if not all parts have been from Mister Visser, after him they went to a 2nd collector from whom I bought the collection .
I will start upgrading the collection with 3D drawings and added parts as scaled PODS etc etc. Will also collect and or machine tripod and adapters, as DWG are available of these.

MAUSER - STONER logo

That is an impressive collection sir. I would be very interested in seeing more of the cutaway guns. I have never seen one and I have been researching about the Stoner 63 for many years. The only rear sight with scope mount I have ever seen was on Henk Visser's personal stoner with a handmade 60 round magazine. I believe that you have the most comprehensive collection in private hands, the C Reed Knight collection aside. Thank you for posting the photos and I think I speak for everyone here that more pictures would be most appreciated. Ronnie

Mongo,
I emailed you about the fact that I might get some info on the Stoner 63 and XM models
I will be taking HR pictures of all parts and features for sure.
Will start in about 2 weeks, after delivering a special project to the police.
Cant wait to start with cataloging the parts with corresponding manufacturing numbers, but as we all know job comes first.

I have been searching high and low for any high definition pics of the Stoner. All the links to Mongo's Stoner 63A Page are dead. I see here you guys have some HD pics that you emailed to one another, any chance you could forward those pics me I would greatly appreciate it. My email is [email protected]

Im sorry to be a pain, but by any chance would you have some HD pics from the rear of the gun, or straight down from the top. Im after the rear sight details mainly.
These are the best pics I can find.

The reason behind me wanting all these HD pics is I want to model a 3d model of the Stoner. I like to model Vietnam Weapons. Here is a AKM I just finished. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/v9DRD and a HD pic of the AKM http://www.wilsonsstudio.com/images/screenshot012.png but any how I have been searching the web now for at leat 12 hours and have found Mongos Solid Works blueprints which are really helpfull. I also found this site http://www.firearmsworld.net/usa/stoner/63/his.htm . If you are using google chrome just right click and select translate and you can read it. I wish a lot of those pics were HD but still lots of cool pics of the Stoner in Vietnam. I also found some cool stuff on the US Patent site

http://pdfpiw.uspto.gov/.piw?PageNum=0& ... %2F3198076

And after 12 hours of google searching the Stoner I think this thread comes up the most. I have seen Mongo help a lot of people out on a lot of different forums :) and I thank you Sir for that. The Stoner is an Awesome Legendary Weapon. After all my research so far, it really saddens me that the ATF destroyed some Stoners. What was they thinking?

Something else just incase someone from Ohio might see this, Does any one know of a Museum or gun show close to Ohio that would have a Stoner on display. Man would I love to see one in person. I researched some Museums but nothing real close.
Thanks Chuck

I eventually will get more pictures done but it will take a while. Comcast scragged all webpages so mine died but will be rebuilt much better with better pictures and videos.
