Revocable Living Trust
Re: Revocable Living Trust
The Quicken Trust's default is to put your state for notary. That is not required. As long as it is notarized. Think about it, They are just vouching for your signature.

Remember you can export from Quicken to rtf format and then edit with MS Word or other word processor. You can remove the state-specific reference for the notary.dtom29 wrote:The Quicken Trust's default is to put your state for notary. That is not required. As long as it is notarized. RTF formatting can be a little funky to edit, but it works.
