Does anyone know of any?
I tried Blue Ridge Arsenal but they don't do those kind of transfers. They referred me to someone who used to do them but no longer does.
I missed a great deal on a 5.56 phantom because I just don't know of anyone I could have the seller send the suppressor to who would then transfer it to me

I think the range in fredericksburg does.
So the Libyan Fable is told
That once an eagle, stricken with a dart,
Said, when he saw the fashion of the shaft,
"With our own feathers, not by others' hands,
Are we now smitten."

I guess Fredricksburg is NO. VA. It's north of me, anyway, and I'm in central VA.

I'll put a plug in for Doug at SSG. He's been good to me.

Doug at SSG is great, as are Robb or Bernie at Virginia Arms.

You can try Silver Eagle Group in Ashburn.

The last I checked (year ago) they were class III and had a very reasonable transfer cost.

I used Doug the last time as well, and will probably use him in the future.

I've used Farrokh at Innovative Tactical SOlutions several times, and he's a really good guy. He's over in the Dulles airport area last I heard.

Guns & Ammo Warehouse in Manassas
WAR Rifles in Manassas is a manufacturer. I don't know if they do transfers.
Sharp Shooters in Lorton sells cans & maybe sbr's. I'm not sure if they handle transfers maybe, only for members of the range.
I think there's a way to get a list of FFL's from ATF.

Sharp Shooters in Lorton is a good place to do transfers.
There is no way for individuals to get a list of FFL's from the ATF, only dealers can access that list. Besides the list we can get doesn't have whether or not they are an SOT or not, just if they are an 01 or 07. The list for VA is HUGE!!!

We are located in Culpeper...FFL/SOT.

You can't get a list from the ATF because it is actually an IRS thing. We are tracked by an EIN linked to our FFL.
