Good article. The whole Gregory fiasco is not being pursued because of the immediate media fall-out from his employer. They have enough lawyers and political clout to make this one hell of a mess. DC Metro is in one tight spot, but not tight enough to not uphold the current law on the books. If they don't want to properly enforce it, maybe they should change it. Regardless of the PR issue.
