Kind of surprised the Texas bill says "semi-automatic handguns"... I guess they didn't feel that rifles warranted protection?

make any federal law banning semi-automatic firearms or limiting the size of gun magazines unenforceable within the state’s boundaries. Anyone trying to enforce a federal gun ban could face felony charges under the proposal.

I can't say I've seen the actual text of the legislation, I'm not sure it's actually been crafted yet.
