You mean future contraband, such as guns?

I looked at the contract on the defense.gov website. The contract states 2717 MRAPs for the Marine Corps, NOT DHS. I can't seem to find anything that actually shows DHS getting MRAPs from anywhere other than that single website that "broke" the story to begin with.
