Honestly, this is a non-story. If you read a link of the link, the guy asked for an original, and the original didn't include a Bill of Rights.
Maybe this guy hates the Bill of Rights, maybe he loves the Bill of Rights... but these actions here, they aren't enough to make a judgement one way or the other.
The part with Rand Paul is a good story, and the part with McCain poo-pooing Rand Paul's 'stunt' is total BS. Maybe it was a stunt, but why would it take so long to get an answer? That isn't a small detail.
