I feel a distinct lack of sympathy.

So was it illegal to be firing his shotgun in his yard?

So was it illegal to be firing his shotgun in his yard? Did he point the gun at cops? What did he do that was illegal?

Shouldn't Biden make an appearance to state that if he had a son, he would be like Nick Ramano? Or maybe the officer that shot him. It's hard to say.

Legal or not if a "concerned citizen" reports a loud noise to the po-po then the po-po is obliged to investigate and shoot a dog. In this case the Joe Biden acolyte did not own a dog which makes it a Sophie's choice for responding po-po.

Given that the address in the article puts him well within the city limits I would say the wanton discharge of a firearm is definitely illegal and probably the only reason he made it to a hospital alive.

Just guessing but I am almost certain he was holding the shotgun when the po-po rolled up and I doubt it was a "good shoot", the po-po may not have even asked him to put the gun down before shooting. I'm thinking screw-ups all around.
