A new ad campaign by the liberal group Dream Defenders tells black Americans to get out and vote or run the risk of one day being killed by “a police officer, security guard or vigilante.”

Dream Defenders accepts grants from individual donors, one being the Tides Foundation, a nonprofit group partially financed by George Soros, the Daily Caller reported.
