EXCLUSIVE: Hassam Khan is suing the NYPD officer who is accused of slamming his face so hard against the roof of a car that pieces of his front teeth broke off and were left implanted in the metal. The cops now face possible disciplinary charges. Cops pulled over Khan in Staten Island to search for contraband in his vehicle, finding none.
