The vid shows former Breitbart reporter assaulting Don J Trump. His campaign manager then intervenes by defending Trump from her attack.
She later accuses Mngr as assault and files a Criminal Complaint w Democrat elected as County DA. Mngr arrested, but the attacker who initiated the incident currently faces NO charges.

Interestingly, it's now being reported that the 2 men in surveilence vid are actually US SecServ Agents grabbing reporter. The Mngr wasn't even w/i 4' of her!!!

(In TX, Defense of 3rd Person allows Use of Force in response to Aggresive Behaviour. Not sure about FL.) But Reporter grabbing Trump isn't allowed w/o consent. And Trump clearly didn't consent. He turned away from her and moved away to regain freedom of movement.

Reporter Fields initially charged that she was "thrown to the Ground." Certainly didn't happen in vid.

Not only the vid evid. His PUBLIC STATEMENTS are that she "grabbed me after the event was over and there were no more ?s."

'The O'Reilly Factor' w Erick Bowling hosting and Sean Hannity after him last night pointed out that it was US SecServ lacksidasical(sp) protection that caused this. They have REPEATEDLY allowed Threats to penetrate their protective screen.

It is a rare thing when a government agency would file a charge absent a filed complaint. Hell, they didn't accept the charges I tried to file when they knew full well that the charges were true.

The SecServ was clearly negligent in allowing an unknown person to pierce their protective cordon repeatedly at multiple events.
The video appears to show Mngr merely stepping b/t the attacker and Trump after she assaults and restrains him and Trump turns away from her and creates distance to regain his freedom of movement. (She Unlawfully Restrained him under TX Law.)
Only after Mngr performed the protective tasks that SecServ was SUPPOSED to perform, did they actually respond to the threat and forcefully grab her by the forearm and seperate her from their protectee.
Perhaps she is confused as to who actually grabbed her as she had just been "Forcefully Thrown to the Floor" and "nearly lost concussionness(sp)."

He didn't want to make unverifiable claims. The video substantiates the fact that she assaulted and Unlawfully Restrained him.

As has repeatedly been said by most Reporters covering the Story, people bump and grab all the time in Presser Scrums. Donald is probably so used to people unwantedly grabbing him that he just blocks it out as an unwelcome event. But he doesn't file charges against them ... unless provoked.

Simply reporting isn't an hullabaloo. Being and driving the story isn't objective reporting. Once she became the story, she became a pundit.
(1. an expert in a particular subject or field who is frequently called on to give opinions about it to the public.)
If she wished to report on the event, then gather witnesses and footage w/o being a witness yourself. (A fundamental Evidentiary Rule.) Or, if you wish to BE the witness, accept that you can't report on the event and instead decide that you're going to profit from interviews and appearance fees rather than remaining a reporter.
