The Noose Tightens in NJ, Fed Court OKs NJ 10-round magazine law

The NJ Guv signed a law in June banning 15-round magazines for guns, and requiring NJ citizens to dispose of all magazines holding more than 10 rounds by mid December 2018 (giving away, selling, turning into the police, modifying, or destroying). NJ gun groups sued in Federal Court and last Friday a District Court judge ruled that the NJ law is constitutional in his opinion.

The coalition of NJ Rifle and Pistol Clubs vows to appeal and take it to the Supreme Court if necessary.

So...NJ residents have a choice to make come mid-December 2018 in regards to possession of magazines holding more than 10 rounds.

You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time...and those are pretty good odds.
