In England, BREXIT Day is a dud, no BREXIT

The people voted for England to leave the EU, and March 29, 2019 was the hard date to formally leave.

What do the people do when their parliament is a swamp and refuse to take the steps necessary to implement it?
That’s because under the terms voted for by parliament, March 29th was officially the date when the June 2016 referendum vote would be honoured and Britain would formally leave the European Union.

But guess what…

We’re not leaving, after all.

God knows what’s going to happen next. I certainly don’t. Anyone who pretends he does is deluded.
You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time...and those are pretty good odds.

So there was a plebescite vote. but it doesn't count? How does that work? Will anyone be penalized for not sending taxes to Brussels now?
The moments I was censored was the moment that I won. That's twice, now. Thanks jwbaker, et al, for my victories.
