Europe seems to be forging ahead in the shotgun suppressor market. Here is just one example I found with a quick search, including a clever temp attachment system. Video is worth a look for illustrative purposes only. This link shows a shot of this UK company's baffle design.

I've got an old Stevens 59A bolt action in .410 thats tube fed. When you do start this, are you willing to use private owned weapons as a host? Will this stevens be a host you can work with? Send me a pm when you do...

AWESOME! I've been thinking about a bolt action 410 suppressed. kind of a DeLisle for garden vermin.

There are many factors that go into manufacturing a useful shotgun suppressor. The project is very much still in the works, but as with anything we release, it has to be perfect first.

Prince Yamato wrote:Something I've always been curious about is attachment. I understand the concept of a complete barrel/silencer setup, but can the device mount like a rifle or pistol silencer? Is the internal threading for a choke strong enough? In case you couldn't tell, I know nothing about shotguns.
In Europe they use set screws into the vented barrel rib.

Maybe the choke threads would work? I don't see any replies.
