Re: underappreciated art of firecracker labels
I was most tempted to buy a large fountain at the fireworks stand this weekend. It was called "Happy Ending".
But alas, it was something like $50 and just wasn't in the budget...
(I looked for an image of it online, but I couldn't find it. I only found a different, smaller one. This one was pretty big, had a yellow label that showed what looked like a newly wed Chinese couple on it.)

Local radio station had a contest to win tickets to shows, they'd give the name of a product and you'd have to guess if it was a firework or a sex toy. Surprisingly, it was much harder than you think it would be.Blaubart wrote:I was most tempted to buy a large fountain at the fireworks stand this weekend. It was called "Happy Ending".

That was fun, I see this stuff at the flea market. I guess I'll have to start collecting for no reason other than I think it's neat.

Local station here did one where you had to pick whether it was a firework or a euphemism for farting as found on UrbanDictionary. Also surprisingly difficult.Abiqua wrote:Local radio station had a contest to win tickets to shows, they'd give the name of a product and you'd have to guess if it was a firework or a sex toy.
