Stellar Service from Primary Arms

I bought a 1-4x Primary Arms branded scope a while ago and never used it much until this fall. I tried to zero it. It would not hold a zero, nor were the click adjustments anywhere near precise.

I emailed P.A. I said I thought I had bought it about two years ago (the warranty was one year) and asked if it might be repairable. They said they had found my purchase record and, yes, it was two years ago but to send it in and they would fix it under warranty anyway.

So I did.

I got an email a week or so later. The scope was not repairable. But...they would send me a replacement fre of charge.

The replacement came in the mail yesterday.

So, here's a tip of my hat to an outfit that knows how to take care of a customer. I'll be making them one of my go-to places for online shopping.
