Need help finding a handguard

I need to find a handguard, for an SBR'd, 22lr, AR15.
It has to meet the following criteria (proving quite difficult):
1. Free Float
2. OAL between 8-8.625" (I'll except longer, but only if the pattern makes it so I can cut it to the required length)
3. I must be able to fit a 1.625OD suppressor inside
4. Be less than ridiculously priced. Airsoft marketed parts are not out of the question. This is a "just for fun" 22 plinker, not a battle rifle.
I do not require quad rails or care if it's weaver, picatinny, mlok, keymod, or any other flavor. As of now, im down to a 9 or 10 inch, free float, tube and cutting it down. Something like this
