Has anyone ever used a NAPPA 4003 NAPA fuel filter silencer?

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

I have shot silencers and machine guns in supposedly liberal MA many times, including at ranges where police were training, and none of them have ever asked me if anything I had was legal. If someone was just curious I would not mind. If they were asking to try to catch something illegal, I would be offended. But it has never happened.

I think the question begs to be asked : "Who exactly has the rights to ask to see the tax stamp anyways ?"

My understanding is that local police don't really have the right.. The only ones that I've seen as having the right would be an ATF agent... Am I wrong ?
