Does anyone know of any processing issues, and/or delays resulting from not printing out your full name in box 2a? In other words, using the middle initial instead of spelling out the full middle name.

I have never used my full name on anything in my life.

I don't use my middle name for anything.

First name, last name is all thats needed.

Thanks. For some reason an SOT used my middle name on my first F4, and every F4 after that got it as well (different SOTs). The newest one used my middle initial, didn't know if it would cause a kick-back or not.

Shouldn't as I have had several approved using middle initial... however I have only used my MI on such forms... could be one of those if you do it the first time do it everytime things though... if it delays it would only be a few weeks which is nothing compared to the 46+ you're probably waiting now...
