Re: Storm Lake barrels
Never used them but the company was recommended to me. I tried to buy one of their barrels but they stopped making threaded bbls for P226. That's about all I can say.

Re: Storm Lake barrels
I have 4 of them no problems at all.
2 for 1911 and 1 for glock 17 and another for glock 45. Didn't have to do any custom fitting.

Re: Storm Lake barrels
Just got my storm lake m&p barrel in the mail today, 40-9mm conversion 1/2-28 threaded. But wait, whats that in the (correctly labeled) box? The wrong effin barrel! They packaged a huge shipment of 357 sig conversion compact barrels in the wrong boxes and sent them out. Looks like i'll be going with kkm for $40 more.

Re: Storm Lake barrels
Could you return the wrong barrel? If so I'd check another source for the SL, got mine from grab a gun.
Re: Storm Lake barrels
Sucks you got a shipping snafu. Don't judge the product by the error. They make a good product. Having to return is inconvenient, but should be worth it in the end. I'm sure they'll take care of you.
Re: Storm Lake barrels
What a dumb statement. Just return it to Storm Lake and they will make it right. You will get a good barrel and save $40.Wrxkyle wrote:Just got my storm lake m&p barrel in the mail today, 40-9mm conversion 1/2-28 threaded. But wait, whats that in the (correctly labeled) box?
